"I just wanted to share something with you. So Wednesday morning I was in a car accident on my way to work. The air bag smacked me on the left side of my face and caused a nasty abrasion under my eye. Now I have many other abrasions/cuts other places due to the accident and I have been doctoring them all with neosporin. However, I have also been doing my skin care routine with your products. The only thing that has worked for me!!!!

I have hundreds of dollars of wrinkler/crease removal products that I've purchased over the years. PotentLift is THE ONLY PRODUCT that actually makes a visible difference on wrinkles around my mouth and lower cheeks! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!

The pump

The product is good, but the pump stops working about half way through the bottle. I have tried soaking the pump in hot water and it doesn't help. If you can provide a work around I would be delighted. However, I continue to buy the product and turn it upside down and take the lid off and shake it until it comes out. Come on now help your satisfied users please.

Effective and quick acting

The product is good but about halfway through the bottle it gets stuck and you have to use a paperclip to dig in the dispenser to clear it. Sometimes it can take many any tries to get it to work. They need to redesign the app somehow.

Great formula, horrible pump

I give the formula a 5 but the pump a 1. It stops working after a week and you have to open the bottle and use a q-tip to get it out. This happened to a friend and to me on my last purchase too so it’s not a one time thing.

Love the product, but it needs a better pump.

I’ve been using this for years and can see a dramatic difference in my forehead. It works GREAT! However, the pump always gets clogged. That would be the only thing that needs changed with this product! :)

Good but needs a better pump

The product works. I massage the product in (and count to forty while I am working the serum into the bags under my eyes). Then, using a tissue, and looking in the mirror, blot the visible residue. I think it's the blotting that prevents me from having white residue on my skin.
My only problem is that the pump stops working about a third of the way through the bottle. Have to resort to a long stick to get the serum out.
